請問版上有人在國父紀念館的健築美學健身房運動嗎？
之前有去參觀過
交通很方便 小小的 單純做教練課
但量體重體脂用歐姆龍不是inbody
就以主打減脂增肌來說好像有點不是很carry
他們還有分減重班跟女生蜜大腿/重訓增肌班
價格也不一樣 搭配餐點
（參觀原本是約試上課的，結果業務搞錯
介紹了一兩個小時…）
業務介紹時說不能指定教練
我滿心問號（？？）
想請問有人在這邊運動嗎？效果如何？
教練專業嗎？
最近有折扣覺得心動…
