小瘦仔想問一下各位,重訓脖子一定會變粗嗎??
練了快一年了!!!脖子整整粗了快一倍吧(手機畫素差 所以沒圖)
還曾被從事醫療產業的朋友說:你是不是甲狀腺亢進阿!!要不要做個檢查?
另一個問題是!!
小瘦仔常在看到一些巨巨在做大重量!大概都是1RM~3RM左右
但是每個在做的時候都是 臉部潮紅 額頭爆青筋!!一副快爆炸的狀態
想請問一下!!這種練法 會導致腦血管破掉嗎??
因為小瘦仔曾經挑戰過自己1RM的極限,那種感覺就真的像血管要爆掉的感覺
做完整個頭超脹的!!從此就不敢再做了
再問一個問題是!!!
小臂跟手腕有辦法鍛鍊嗎??
因為二頭三頭三角肌都有再練!!!就是小臂跟手腕練不到!!
整個手臂看起來比例很怪!!上粗下細的!!而且有時候在做大重量 也感覺手腕沒辦法負荷!!
有哪些動作是可以練到小臂跟手腕的!!
再來一個問題!!有時候練到很累,回家反而都會性慾高漲
之前在板上有看過!好像是因為睪固桐還是賀爾蒙上升的緣故!!
這是長肌肉的要件之一!! 想問一下如果練完後 有這種感覺
可以抒發一下嗎?? 這樣會不會前功盡棄!!把剛剛辛苦練的都給消耗掉了?
還是沒差?該抒發的時候就抒發?
還請賜教!!
