今天買了一個健腹輪
因為想要鍛鍊自己團結的腹部
所以下定決心要努力
但是有幾個小疑問,爬文後還是得不到答案
像這種運動,最好在吃飽飯後多久做呢?
還有這種運動可以每天做嗎?
多少的次數跟組數比較適合剛開始的新手?
標準動作我大概都有看影片了解了一下
所以疑問大致上就是上面這三點
