想問各位巨巨 以健力為主 要做大重量訓練之前
大家都吃什麼提供能量? 尤其是介於中餐和晚餐
15~16點 下午這種尷尬時間
不吃的話 練到一半又很容易餓冏
另外~巨巨會建議吃高GI還是低GI的食物提供能量呢?
如果以2小時訓練時間來說的話 那一種會比較好? 感謝
