之前許多文章提過我有在服用身心科藥物,雖然藥量減低
但基於過去經驗我還是會謹慎以對。
這半年來規律重訓讓我的整體人生產生變化,除了下班後可以社交 紓壓
讓我忘記工作時的壓力跟焦慮,最大好處就是我變得越來越有自信跟自戀。
去年前年買的L號合身襯衫現在鬆鬆垮垮被我拿去當工作服,還有居家穿的
L號棉褲也勢必要淘汰掉了!
剛剛去優衣褲買新的衣褲,應該滿多人知道優衣褲的版型會小一點
我竟然束口褲可以買到M號,圓領寬鬆T可以買到S號,雖然運動的
棉褲(類似以前ICHIRO在歐力士時穿的那種九分緊身褲)有點失望
但這也激發明年此刻一定要能塞得下這合身S號。
自戀的部分就是每次上班如廁後照鏡子看到自己越來越平坦的小腹
不自覺有種愛上自己的感覺!
我瘦身的秘訣除了重訓 有氧 其他武器就是狼牙棒,下班後滾一滾
當枕頭躺讓我有紓壓的效果,晚上也更好入眠(我是個不好入睡的人)
最大功臣應歸功於飲食,過去狼吞虎嚥 跟是吃垃圾食物的習慣慢慢修正
盡量讓自己飲食的步調放滿慢 好好咀嚼食物,垃圾食物珍奶 雞排
並非完全不碰而是淺嚐輒止,說也奇怪慢慢地就心裡不會有那種
慾望跟衝動會想碰觸,即便現在大過年我也是適可而止。
改變自己體態就從改變自己習慣跟想法開始,也只有這樣才能改變
自己的人生!
