如果我沒記錯 我記得板上曾有前輩指教過
騎健身車的時候 不管是半躺式還是坐式的
都要調整距離&高度 讓腿能伸直
且用中前腳掌踩踏板 用大腿出力
結果昨天免費健身房沒開 只好去另外一個50/h的運動中心
裡面騎腳踏車的好多姿勢都錯了
還是其實腳不伸直也是另外一種騎法呢?
看了就覺得膝蓋不舒服@@....
