我之前都用機械來做重量訓練
後來跟我弟借了黃教練的書後才開始嘗試free weight
做機械的時候不覺得尷尬,反正機械就是一台一台的,到底用多重也沒那麼明顯
而且用機械練的女生很多
但是我做free weight的時候,在那個區域99%的時間都只有我一個女生
而且我還是個胖子(是真的超重,不是純粹個人感覺),而且我的肌肉還很遜
其他都是舉重若輕的肌肉男
我每次都很害羞,只敢在最角落的地方做,想用放在中間位置的斜椅也不好意思
本來還有一個平的長椅的,結果今天被某人移到中間去了,
我只好用五磅的啞鈴練練肩膀後就離開了
我真的不敢走到一群肌肉男中間,卻用很小的重量做啊
我想請問大家,這種情況下該怎麼調適呢?
(雖然大部分人都不是女生也不是胖子,可是應該都經歷過很遜的初學者階段吧?)
而那些已經很強的人,當你們在練的時候,看到一個根本沒肌肉的人也再練
你們會不會覺得他佔位子佔器材可是又只能做一點點 之類的呢?
