之前有幾篇文章是討論"手臂的形狀",
有的人的形狀是9,但是有的卻是8
(三角肌跟三頭肌的位置)
有人說是因為
大部分人的三頭肌都比三角肌來得發達,
我也覺得挺有道理的~
不過想請問,
體脂不夠低是不是也可能是一個因素呢?
還有,看健身房裡,大部分人都是9的形狀,
就算練得很好的也只有很少數是8的形狀~
可是看nba等運動員,手臂形狀幾乎都是8耶@@
這是為什麼~~TOT
那如果要從9變成8,
唯一辦法就是得把三角肌練更大囉??
