之前因為生活忙碌,代謝變差的原因,所以偶爾跑健身房
會去都是用跑步機跑步,跑個2.30分鐘,再拿啞鈴深蹲
平常下班後就是在家裡徒手核心或蹲腿
可是開始練上癮了,最近有點想增加重量讓自己肌肉更緊實
也想玩玩其他自己沒用過的器材
但健身房我一直都是自己去
說實在我真的不知道一些健身器材該怎麼用才是正確
有人說"你就問旁邊的人阿"
問題是,大家都在認真鍛鍊,真的會有人願意理你嗎?T^T
我也環視過健身房,裡面只有工作人員,還沒看過教練
這週假日還要再去一次,希望可以學到器材的使用方式!
還請大家給點健身新手建議~
