最近發生的事情......
常去的健身房,來了兩個生面孔,
一個肚子超級大,體脂破40%那種的,
另一個超級瘦,BMI應該沒17,看起來就像竹節蟲。
其實健身房平常很安靜,大家都默默地練,
但他們進來以後,就嘰哩呱啦講個不停,
一直在吹噓自己上次練的多累,肌肉長大多少。
瘦的那個一直說自己胸肌變很硬,叫胖的摸,
胖的一直說自己腹部肌肉變很結實,叫瘦的戳,
然後兩個人就一直互戳互摸,誇獎對方進步很多。
但從對話聽起來,
兩個人應該是這輩子第三次踏進健身房吧?
不過倒是講得一口好理論,身體肌肉結構倒背如流,
什麼發力啊、感受度啊、碳水循環啊,講得有聲有色,
原來PTT常說的鍵盤健身,就是這麼一回事啊。
後來看他們熱身,
伏地挺身做不到10下就沒力了,
瘦的在那邊吹噓自己胸肌很漲,感受度很強,
胖的說自己腹部吃到很多,腹部感覺越來越緊實,
害我聽到尷尬癌都要發作了......
健身遇到這種嘴砲活寶,
實在是不知道要有什麼感想,
只能練完後上來抒發一下,希望大家別見怪。
