總之目前看起來似乎就是有點雞肋的補給品
效用及效果目前都不是特別明確,但吃了也不會怎樣
總之就是如果有閒錢的話可以買來吃試試看,但不吃好像也沒關係的一個東西
然後如果減肥的話運動還是必須的
然後再然後真的健身必推的補給品我目前只推肌酸,要減脂推有氧+肉鹼 嘻嘻
結論的結論:魚油有沒有效不確定,但有錢有閒可以買來吃吃看,大Guy4醬
