請問各位
各位在補充肌酸都是用什麼方法呢?
小弟是會把粉狀肌酸加在乳清
在重訓後或運動後喝
我也不是每天都會運動或重訓
但填充期又需要連吃20天左右
可是肌酸沒搭配飲料或乳清喝的話
實在很像是在吃沙子口感很差
所以不曉得各位在沒練的情況下補充肌酸都是直接吃粉狀嗎?
還是會搭配其他飲品呢?
