最近每天的保健食品增加了鍾麗緹代言的那隻催代謝的,不知道是不是那個原因
還是基礎代謝變好了,每天下午健身大概15分鐘就開始肚子會非常餓,前幾天我
都撐著完成訓練,但這幾天情況越來越明顯,甚至有時候練肚子的時候會很不舒
服,想請問大家健身過程中碰到這種情況怎麼辦?以還是可以完成訓練為前提是
會立即補充一些熱量嗎?還是有沒有什麼產品可以幫助止飢?
