側平舉角度的問題 - 健身

大家好
小弟一直以來肩膀都頗弱
主要訓練就是肩推跟側平舉
側平舉主要就是啞鈴+機械式遞減組
有時候看萵苣一些巨巨都舉到手肘靠近肩膀高度就放下
自己試過幾次覺得三角中束也沒什麼感覺
但是上網查過舉太高似乎也會傷害到肩膀
想請問各位做側平舉應該舉到哪裡比較適合呢?
