小弟一直很想要有傑森史塔森試那種超厚斜方

背部訓練菜單除了最基本的單槓跟滑輪下拉 硬舉等
斜方菜單 寬划船 窄划船 滑輪飛鳥 聳肩等
訓練時間近一年 一周兩次(三、六)
可是練了好像只有肩膀那兩塊練出來
像這樣(綠圈部分)

不知道板上巨巨有沒有更加精進斜方厚度的訓練方式?
