像我這種上班時間晚的人怎麼辦... - 健身

爬了好久的文,但都沒有相關於我的疑問的答案
還請各位解答,拜託了
【小弟是想要減脂,目前179/77,體脂肪30%以上】
小弟我因工作關係,必須凌晨4點才能睡覺
固定中午12點起床,若這就是我的生理時鐘的話...
我想到的問題是:
1.如果想固定早上11點起床去健身房做重訓,那我重訓之前
到底該先吃些什麼呢?
2.也因日夜顛倒的關係,中午一餐,晚上一餐,半夜需不需要再吃點東西呢?
應該要吃一些什麼才會比較好呢?因為大概晚上11:00 12:00的時候都會感到飢餓,
應該要怎麼做才好我真的想不到。
我也知道因工作關係這樣的時間不好,但已經這樣子很久了,所以想有個
持之以恆的運動跟目標,讓體態跟健康都變好,主要也是因為全身肥肉太多了
想擺脫這些肥肉,所以希望版上大大們能幫小弟解答疑惑,感恩。
