訓練菜單的必要性? - 健身

各位版友好
小弟想請問一下各位巨巨
有沒有人的菜單是以時間來衡量?
假設每天上健身房一小時
每天練兩個部位
假設今天練胸跟三頭
有沒有人菜單是胸練40分鐘 背練20分鐘 或各一半
每組休息30~60秒
用的重量都是8~12RM再練
假設胸今天給自己三個動作 就一個動作40MIN/3 以此類推
有人是這樣嗎?
跟規劃自己的菜單 今天要做什麼動作幾組幾組的相比效率會不會差很多?
