請問之前練習的時候暖身比較不足,直接上大重量,隔天就會呈現酸痛狀態,但是自從看
了更多影片後,開始增加暖身時間,會發現越來越不會酸,這樣是練習強度不足還是有暖
身有差?
暖身的時候會消耗掉一些力量,這樣不會導致後面大重量的時候沒辦法展現嗎?
