前陣子工作是作業員,一整天實質站立8小時,
就是站在工作桌前,腿打直、腰也打直,不必走動,用手作業,
下班就騎腳踏車回來,發現騎起來好輕快,
比睡醒後就上班騎起來還輕快,
另一個例子,有時搭長途火車沒位子,只好站了3個小時,
到站下車爬天橋樓梯時,會比較輕鬆,
如果搭長途火車全程是有位子坐著,到站下車爬天橋樓梯感覺步伐比較沉重,
結論是,長時間站立,腿部會充滿較多血液,腿力比較好發揮,
經過長時間站立後,來訓練腿部,說不定效果不錯!
