一般的說法是同一天效果不好, 這個不好應該是指增肌, 但是對於肌耐力
還是有幫助的吧, 因為天氣越來越熱, 不想把慢跑跟重訓分時間做, 一次
做完再洗澡就休息了, 這裡的重訓並非是使用健身房的器材, 只是伏地挺
身,仰臥起坐跟單槓之類的做幾組, 然後每天進行, 先慢跑4~50分後再做
前述的訓練, 肌肉有沒有變大很難說, 但至少有比較結實, 耐力也增加了
不曉得其他人的經驗如何?
