先重訓後有氧之問題 (已爬文) - 健身

先和各位板上的先進和前輩們問個好XD
小弟不才,最近正困擾於肚子太大體脂肪太高
而開始決定將"有氧"加入我原本固定重訓的菜單裡
因為小弟之前太瘦了,所以就火力全開完全針對"變大隻"為唯一目標著手
就是狂重訓+瘋狂補充應需要的營養+適度的休息
然後的確是變大隻了,就想要進一步追求線條,降低體脂
但是因為時間有限,我必須把重訓和有氧同時排在同一天
然後因爬過文了,知道基本上依個人目的去取決重訓和有氧的順序
我的目標是持續變大隻,但要開始修線條瘦肚子(也就是降低體脂肪)
所以基本上依據爬文所獲悉的訊息是先重訓後有氧(應該無誤吧XD)
但現在問題來了,我應該
1.在做完重訓後先補充"營養+休息一下下",才接著做有氧
還是
2.重訓完就直接開下去有氧了
再重申一次我的目的好了
"持續變大隻,但開始修線條降低體脂肪"
所以會擔心
"方法1"=>降低有氧效果,好不容易前面重訓所累積到的心肺強度因休息而消逝了
"方法2"=>喪失重訓完黃金吸收營養的時間,且因代謝量過大使重訓效果打折扣
請問我該如何去制訂我的"健身計畫"呢???
P.S.
我的思考裡一定有很多思緒不縝密的地方或錯誤的見解
