背景:男/24y/170cm,常年高體脂,自覺應該減肥來維持健康,也想要改變體態。
訓練強度:每週自主訓練+教練課約5~7天
兩個月成果:失敗
日期 -- 體重/體脂/骨骼肌重
5.31 -- 72.9kg/26.9%/29.9kg
6.30 -- 73.7kg/27%/30.3kg
8.14 -- 73.9kg/26.8%/30.5kg
心得:
健身、改變體態的初心是想鍛鍊毅力,也想向自己證明是一個能達成目標的人。一開始以
養成習慣為主要目標,在強度低的狀況下不考慮修復日的安排,於是以休息不超過一天為
原則持續了兩個多月,原先是很有信心能達成目標的,很可惜失敗了。
剛開始以為吃得“像個正常人”應該就能有不錯的成果,於是保持著蛋白質110~130克,
炸物一個月碰兩三次的飲食方式 。儘管連教練都覺得外表看起來壯碩不少,但最終數據
證明只獲得幾乎持平的成果,很明顯是自己低估了減脂和增肌所需要付出的努力。

雖然失敗了但這個月還是會繼續調整飲食及訓練,更重要的是拋棄減脂可以很佛系的態度
,同時也和教練約定9/15至少減到25%的目標。
