兩個月出差大陸山西
每天從宿舍到公司要走十五分鐘
一天走四趟就快一個小時路程 扣掉放假其實幾乎天天都在走路
就這樣兩個月瘦了 五公斤
平常早餐吃很少可能就是豆漿+兩口的炒飯
午餐吃正常有飯後水果
晚餐吃很少~
週末偶而還會去吃大餐 喝酒
我想重點還是要多動少吃 沒蛇麼刻意減就瘦了
我同事都說我肚子小了很多! 現在持續努力中
