大家好
我從7月開始飲食控制配合一週兩到三次重訓加有氧
星期六日晚餐會放鬆一點吃外食
所以體重到星期一會微幅增加0.7公斤上下
但星期一恢復飲食控制以後星期三就可以減掉這部分的體重然後繼續減重
7月很順利的就減到3公斤
而且量inbody減掉的多是脂肪
上週末父親節回家吃了大餐
週日整天在外以攝取碳水為主,總量約四個女生拳頭
比較糟糕的可能是喝了3杯約500ml的含糖飲料
星期一量體重直接胖了1.5公斤
整個有點嚇到
增重一公斤不是需要7700卡的熱量嗎?
怎麼算都算不出來有吃到這麼多QQ
可以請教大家分析一下體重增加這麼高的原因嗎
這禮拜目前減重四天瘦1公斤
還有半公斤等著我QQ
覺得外食控制好難
難道不是只要吃到TDEE體重應該就不會增減了嗎?
