剛剛看到的 標題有點聳動 不曉得這有沒有效XD
不過就我的認知 還是要搭配有氧來消脂 線條比較容易出來吧?
應該是游泳圈-->消脂到標準-->增肌-->消脂-->增肌這樣吧
