爬文大家都是問冬天跑步...
我很胖,還無法開始跑步
所以都是用快走的,每次都至少快走30分鐘以上
但是最近好冷~
不知道這樣我再持續快走,一樣會有效果嗎?
是維持以往的時間~還是必須加長時間才會有效?
