許多朋友到健身房 為了把握時間 直接拿起啞鈴開始做
如果姿勢錯誤、脊椎又沒適當伸展時 容易對脊椎造成傷害
----
我小時候愛側躺看電視 醫生說有稍微脊椎側彎(高低肩)
重訓前雖然有跑步熱身
有時做飛鳥後 脊椎下方有疼痛感
但做這個伸展後再重訓
脊椎很舒服 脊椎就沒再疼過了
----
不知道大家重訓前會做什麼伸展動作@@!!
有更好的可以分享下嗎?~~
