我自己運動種類很單一化
幾乎就是在騎自行車而已
先分享一下我自己運動記錄上來給大家看看

運動消耗的熱量平均

大致上我自己光是運動還沒加上基代就要燒掉這麼多熱量了
基代體脂計量大約是1550上下浮動
基本資料 173CM 65KG BMI 21 體脂18% 骨骼肌38%
在來就是我平常的飲食
現在如果是上班日 早餐就是燕麥+牛奶+果乾+香蕉一根
非上班日的話 早餐就會買早餐店 基本上是雙主餐加飲料 想吃什麼就吃什麼不挑
上班日的午餐 公司叫便當 叫什麼吃什麼 基本上全部吃光光
非上班日 看情況 如果不餓可能就沒吃,餓的話基本上可能會吃炒麵加隔間肉湯之類的
晚餐 就吃家裡煮的 有時會自己煎牛肉加蛋 不然就是吃外面買回來的
有時會吃消夜 會喝啤酒 甜食也會吃一點
基本上我的身材一直維持在這個水平上沒有太大的變化
說這些我只是想要表達
我自己覺得如果有養成良好的運動習慣 當然要有一定的強度
其實在吃的上面不用太過仔細小心
不過那種吃肯德雞又不運動就想瘦
或是不運動每天在那算熱量的
說真的= =
我覺得你會失敗是理所當然的
