大家好,請問有關於斷食法的使用方法為何?
假設我6.1號中午12點~18點是進食時間
那依18/6斷食法 下一次時間是6.2號的中午12點嗎?
那請問進行隔日斷食熱量要怎麼攝取呢?
我TDEE大約要進食2千大卡
是6.1號 12~18點攝取2千大卡
然後6.2號 整天不吃
6.3號中午12點吃
請問是這樣嗎?
那6.3號要攝取到4千大卡加倍嗎
還是6.1號要攝取四千大卡 給6.2號用呢?
彌補 6.2號沒吃到的熱量@@
