前情提要:
三週前覺得自己的身體真的不行了,必須要有一些行動,所以去量了inbody逼自己被現實
的數據打臉,也辦了月卡開始每天運動。
打臉的inbody表:

體重跟體脂人生最高峰自己也有點嚇到,不過從前半年因為生病的關係所以有開始穩定服
藥,猜測跟生病及用藥也有關係。
經過三周的認真運動和飲食調整,得到了上方基本資料的結果。
目前的運動習慣:
一週五到六次,一次一小時左右,運動時間為晚上7-9點區間。
前半小時會走滑步機或飛輪,大概30~40分鐘,消耗300大卡左右。
後半小時會到處試試各種MATRIX的重訓器材,像是划船機或是張大腿扭腰之類,還有跪著
把自己舉高等等(沒有記機器的名稱只能這樣形容)。
最後會做仰臥起坐和拉筋緩和運動。
生活作息:1點睡9點醒,上班族。
飲食部分:
很喜歡喝手搖和吃甜食,所以戒這兩大類有點崩潰,目前可以不吃甜食點心,手搖點無糖
。
早餐:
超商御飯糰兩個(相加不超過400大卡)
或是御飯糰一個+雞胸肉一片
午餐:
上班族,所以主要吃公司附近的,會挑少調味也會點一份蔬菜。
晚餐:
去運動前1.5小時會吃一根香蕉(+雞胸肉一片)
運動完會視飢餓程度吃400克的烤蕃薯+無糖豆漿450毫升(+茶葉蛋)。
雞胸肉是吃卜蜂的冷凍調味雞胸肉。
外食族的選擇有點少,但之後會開始自己準備飲食。
主要想跟版友們請益關於接下來的飲食及運動調整,會建議往哪方面改善比較合適呢?
