自己租的小套房
只能用小電鍋然後很可憐的蹲在廁所切菜 T..T
有時候水煮吃膩了 就會想換個口味
反正電鍋 都丟下去有熟就對了!!! (疑?!
這兩天我吃的東西我取名
福爾摩沙嫩雞燉鮮蔬百菇佐羅勒葉 (好像很厲害!!
其實就是雞胸跟一堆菜加九層塔丟下去蒸一蒸 ~"~
BUT ~
意外很對味
(以下材料都很懶惰的在全聯買齊)
材料 : 雞胸半付
大蒜 少許
牛番茄 一顆 喜歡酸一點丟兩顆 你要丟整箱我也不反對
高麗菜 (也可以換成其他蔬菜 但是高麗菜耐煮 又不太搶味道
鮮香菇1.2朵 金針菇看心情 其他蕈類也可以 你想丟松茸我也很歡迎
九層塔 用手抓一把~
好吧 看自己喜好 ~"~
想再多吃一點蛋白質 丟塊豆腐 或者 蛋也都OK
調味 : 鹽巴
做法 : 雞胸肉切絲OR切片
其他東西切碎就對拉!!!
丟下電鍋蒸
然後
熟了就吃吧 ...
我覺得會被噓...
