最近臺大有許多課程,都已經慢慢上線變成開放式
點著點著,無意間就看到了這門食品營養與安全概論,

總共分成十一個單元,其中版眾最有興趣的應該是第三堂,體重控制與能量平衡
但其他主題也都相當實用,對營養有興趣的人而言會是很好的入門教材
課程主題安排滿有條理的,老師講的東西不會太難,卻都很重要,
健康是由良好的飲食習慣以及規律運動結合的產物
