一直以來我都不算胖
常會被說看起來是瘦瘦 ,但根本就是泡芙人
肚子一圈小腹跟腰側肉 跟大小腿肥胖一直是我內心的痛
以前體育課總是喜歡在樹下乘涼,討厭流汗討厭運動,完全排擠運動鞋
我喜歡穿緊身的衣服,但因為這樣穿衣服肚子就一圈肥油更明顯
尤其來上海工作後,這裡的食物更是油到不行,增加肚子那圈肥肉的速度更加快速
運動前:(很垂很鬆的肚子,常被前男友笑我一圈肉)

後來經常看這個版各位的分享,體驗到運動真的很重要
就在今年5月初某天,買了團購去健身房體驗,用inBody測量
一量嚇死我!!
身高:160
體重:50
BMI: 20
體脂率:32
(知道自己體脂高但32也太扯,我懷疑我眼睛是否看錯Q_Q)
一嚇之下就這樣開啟了我的健身之路。
雖然才一個半月,只是個菜菜鳥,但從一個討厭流汗討厭運動
到現在一週去健身房5-6天,每次1個半小時-2小時
回台灣度假時,也要每天去運動中心運動流流汗
現在很喜歡運動後體態輕盈的感覺。
以前覺得用斷食就能瘦,現在30歲了,新陳代謝變差很多,用這種方法效果也很差
現在不會採用這種讓身體不健康 又餓的要死的笨方法
飲食現在比之前改善很多,不暴飲暴食,不節食正常吃不餓到
(如果有人想看我在分享飲食這部份)
一個半月過去了
身高:160
體重:47.7
BMI:18.6
體脂率:25
心理挺開心的,在短短的時間內體脂降這麼快,也是我沒想到的。
我一開始的念頭只是想消耗我肚子那圈肥肉
所以運動後 我也很少在量我的體重。
寫這篇短短分享 是想給剛開始運動的朋友說
把健身放進生活的一部分,不要為了每天的體重數字而糾結
放輕鬆的運動 , 正面的心態 , 會比經常看數字更來的快樂

小小心得,現在還在努力瘦側腹跟下腹肉 還有完全沒有縫的大腿...
