想要請教大家:
當在做分腿蹲動作時,需要去注意哪些地方,才能讓整個動作是正確的?
當我自己在做這個動作的時候,膝蓋是不過腳尖,身體保持直上直下,但發現後腳很明顯
的感覺到拉扯,股四頭的感覺反而較少..
請問哪些地方是要改善或注意的呢?謝謝各位
