小弟目前185/85整,平常都是籃球及慢跑
這半年開始都維持著每天20下伏地挺身做五組的習慣
以及每兩天跑一次3~5k
想趁著現在大一自己的時間多一點練好自己的體態
因為有點肉,打算先從降低體脂肪開始
因為住宿舍的關係,幾乎都是外食
想請問在外食的情況下,如何做好降低體脂肪?
