初期跑步幾個問題 - 健身

女生 155公分 57公斤 為了減重開始跑步兩星期 一星期3~4天
本身之前完全不運動,開始跑以後很辛苦,
採走一圈跑一圈的方式慢慢跑,現在約可以走四圈跑三圈操場。
問題1
月經來可以跑嗎?
本身來的第一天肚子會酸痛。
問題2
雖然漸漸跑得圈數有慢慢增加,但是流汗好像沒有前幾次跑來的多,
這樣正常嗎?還是增加的公尺不夠?
問題3
晚餐要跑步前吃還是跑步後吃較好?
剛開始時是跑前一小時吃完晚餐,但會非常想睡,
本身食量不大,約一小碗魯肉飯或是一個卦包晚餐。
問題4
本身長期有肩頸痠痛問題,如果持續運動會減緩痠痛嗎?
聽說有運動習慣的人比較不會有肩頸痠痛問題?
早餐:《馬玉山》榛果巧克力燕麥片(非常好喝又營養 比阿華田好喝)+兩小包蔬菜餅乾
午餐:一碗海鮮烏龍麵 或是 豬肉蓋飯 (就正常吃)
下午:上班太閒會偷吃兩片餅乾(旺旺仙貝那種)
晚餐:量少,以不餓就好為原則。
