到底要不要吃到基代 - 減肥

性別:男
我的基礎代謝率是2023
最近在認真減肥爬了很多文
有些文說要吃到沒吃到會很嚴重
因為調整飲食的關係我幾乎吃不到基代
早餐:蒸地瓜 兩個蛋 無糖豆漿 芭樂 蔬菜一份
中餐:特製便當熱量都640大卡
晚餐:一碗飯 隨便一種肉 三樣菜
我算了一下跟本不到2023
所以到底有沒有關係?
運動:是每天走路45分以上
