我想請教各位
小弟從重訓前 胸部就是一邊比較大一邊比較小
到現在練了一陣子
還是一樣一邊比較大 最近在想 需不需要排一天獨立練右胸
還是繼續練 兩邊都大到一定程度就比較看不出來?
順便附上一下 小弟目前身高169體重64
臥推1RM上禮拜測是95公斤
80公斤最多可以6下
訓練菜單:星期一平胸臥推.平胸啞鈴臥推.機械飛鳥或cable機飛鳥夾胸
星期四 上胸槓鈴臥推.上胸啞鈴臥推.機械飛鳥或cable機飛鳥夾胸
請問各位巨巨這樣有哪裡需要改嗎
