前蹲舉跟後蹲舉重量有一定的比例嗎? - 健身

各位健身板前輩大家好
小弟我這陣子因為想嘗試不一樣的練腿動作
並且聽說前蹲舉對下背的壓力比較小
於是開始把前蹲舉放入練腿課表當中
而前幾天我在練前蹲的時候
使用60kg的重量蹲5組5下
蹲完前蹲後換回熟悉的後蹲
用100kg做5組8下
結果就被健身房裡一個健友說我前蹲太爛了...
他說我後蹲做100kg 前蹲至少也要做80kg
雖然我也自知前蹲還在慢慢練習當中
重量還不重
但健友說的 前蹲我應該能做到80kg
可80kg我光是扛起來就覺得好吃力啊
有點懷疑自己是否真的能蹲起來
所以想請問各位前輩們
前蹲舉跟後蹲舉的比例大概是多少?
前蹲真的有到達後蹲80%以上嗎?
