力竭的感覺 - 健身

或許標示會讓人想噓,但我只是想表達ㄧ下自身碰到的問題,請大家幫忙ㄧ下,就是當我在練深蹲的時候,達到最大力量時會馬上爆汗且氣喘如牛,隔天也有很明顯的痠痛感,但是練上半身時(以胸為例),目前最大值大概是自由槓60公斤(槓重20kg,兩邊各加20kg),大概6~8下就不行了,組間要休息到兩分鐘左右大概才能在下ㄧ組(6~8下),如果休息不到二分鐘的話,大概四下就沒力了,想問的是我練完四到五組後就會換上胸,再來是下胸,然後夾胸後,最後是二頭。
整個循環練完大概是90分鐘,最後會感覺累,但不會像練腿那樣爆汗,頂多背有點濕,也不太會喘,但是若組間要我加重量,也真的是加不上去,若組間休息時間縮短,就無法做6~8下,可是整個練完後感覺沒有練到什麼,沒有像練腿那種紮實感,但練的當下重量是真的上不去,想請問該怎麼辦??
