我想請問的是力量的成長大約是怎樣的速度
我目前重訓二個月
胸推從20kg成長到60kg
滑輪下拉是40kg成長到70kg
坐姿划船40kg成長到100kg
深蹲20kg到60kg
硬舉40kg到80kg
坐姿划船
插到最後一格了,但我覺得還能加重
要怎麼加重啊?
還是改練別的器材
請問要使力量再長成需要怎樣的刺激?
請問力量的成長速度大約是怎樣
我覺得是不是腿太弱導致上半身力量無法突破
這有連動關係嗎?
因為有看館長影片,他說腿不練上半身的肌肉
也無法突破,人體的結構就是這樣
請問他講的這句話的意思是? 不懂這個關係的連結!可否有巨巨能解惑
