最近在嘗試減脂
有幸看到這篇文章 反覆觀看後仍有些不懂:
1.攝取熱量低於基礎代謝
這樣創造的熱量赤字
是否會消耗到肌肉?
有人也是這樣進行減脂的嘛?
2.減少澱粉的攝取提高蛋白質的攝取
這樣的減脂方式
是否真的保留較多的肌肉 燃燒更多的脂肪?
3.熱量赤字是減脂的重點
那麼這過程中的營養比例又扮演什麼角色?
ex:例如 高碳水減脂 高蛋白減脂
如果
問題1:肌肉消耗只有部分 依然以脂肪為大宗
問題2:不會
那我可以著手停止飲用高蛋白
目前一日兩次:早餐&訓練後
這樣停止的話 又可以減少快300卡熱量 一一y
