動作改單邊會有什麼影響? - 健身

像是機械平胸 機械上胸 機械夾胸
或是機械肩推
平常都兩邊一起做
(背跟腿 單邊的動作好像比較常見?)
但有時候覺得控制沒很好
或是重量上不太去
就會先右手做完 然後再接左手
請問這樣會有什麼差嗎
因為跟朋友一起練的時候
有時候都被問 為啥那麼愛做單邊
