有關SL5*5課表 - 健身

各位三項500kg的大大好,最近開始在跑SL5*5課表(目前剛第二個禮拜,但我想肩推可能很
快卡關)
想請教有關失敗後deload的問題,
假設
A是當天訓練
A-1是前一次訓練
A+1是下一次訓練
是只要當次(A)重量做不完5*5,就降重量做完5*5,然後下一次(A+1)的重量直接以前一次(A
-1)的重量做完?
還是說(A+1)仍以(A)的重量訓練,但組數改為3*5,如果一樣無法完成,直接降重10%-20%,
並將組數做完5*5,後續再慢慢練回來?

另外,在做傳統硬舉時,舉起後會感覺腹部不太舒服,有種內臟受壓迫的感覺。
但是我在舉起時都會先吸飽氣維持腹內壓,且改用相撲硬舉時就不會有上述狀況,是否代表
我的腹部肌群太弱?或是姿勢有所錯誤?還是就是單純肚子太大導致準備姿勢時一直壓著肚
子因此不舒服@_@?
