前幾天用尾牙抽到的禮券買了歐姆龍的HBF-701
我的體脂好高，而且身體年齡竟然是39歲！！！（掩面）
明明走在路上還會被以為是高中or大學生的，竟然是中年人的身體orz

2. 時間：平常日晚上（19:30後）
3. 運動內容：國昌國中慢跑or高雄大學游泳

btw，我妹妹過年前因車禍傷到膝蓋的十字韌帶
現在看不到外傷了，但上下樓梯時膝蓋會有不適感
這樣是不是還不能運動呢？@@
