體脂率 : 28
三餐內容
三餐正常 維持著不餓的情況~有吃到基代(1650)
偶爾與朋友吃大餐 一個月頂多三次
日常作息時間 : 十點上課
下午三點健身房慢跑 (跑二休一)
晚上十二點睡覺
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:慢跑
我的問題: 慢跑了半年 體重62→60 速度也從7→9 心跳約170左右
慢跑40分+ 前後十分暖身 體脂肪沒啥太多變化~誤差的
感覺 我的問題是 我該把我的心跳降至140左右嘛?是因
為我提高了速度而轉成無氧狀態 降低了減脂的效率~還
是有需要改進的地方 感謝 !
