卡路里問題 - 健身

最近嘗試做三餐
結果發現要吃飽吃好又壓在TDEE-200內真的很難
以下是我做的兩餐

其實份量真的不多...
兩餐做完算好發現隔天早餐只剩300卡能攝取
而且蛋白質不足加上乳清大概又100卡了
請問有人能幫我調整/找出我菜單的問題嗎?
