對於斷食或者卡路里限制,事實上我不感冒。我感冒的是,『沒有運動習慣』的人推斷食或者卡路里限制,由某位 #專家 的 #深蹲 就知道其人對運動的 #了解 有多深。
這篇是說減重和骨質的關係。
一組是運動,一組是限卡,一組是健康生活對照組。
限卡和運動同樣都有減輕體重
(限卡 10.7%팮3% [.2팮8 kg] vs 運動 8.4%팮3% [.7팮6 kg];21), 健康生活組持平不變 (.2%팮5% [.9팮0 kg]).
相比較對照組,限卡的骨質密度降 total hip (.2%팮1% vs 1.2%팮1%;02) and intertrochanter (.1%팮4% vs 1.7팮8%;03). The CR group had a decrease in spine BMD (.2%팮3%;009).
運動組別除了體重減輕並沒有骨質流失的現象,限卡組體重下降和骨質流失有相關性
. (R.61;007) 但在運動組中沒有問題。
結論是,要減重應採取運動生成於路里赤字而非限卡,後者會傷害到骨質。有種你就不運動啊笨。
又,斷食又不運動,吃的是熱量赤字,就是『限卡』,不會因為掛上間歇斷食的名頭就刀槍不入好棒棒。
