借標題,也是提醒大家補充水分的重要
前幾天發現,待在室內,32.5度(上午),氣候乾燥;坐著看書1.5小時
我的體重就能蒸發了0.3公斤(接近千分之四)
(中間沒有上廁所,沒有汗流浹背,有重複測量故排除體重計誤差)
(加上又上廁所,我就很歡樂的減重了半公斤耶XD)
所以台灣這種夏天氣候,看不見的水分流失可能超乎想像
平時就要注意水份補充,運動時更要多注意才行
