又是關於慢跑(晨跑) - 健身

慢跑已經來到要第五個月了!!
這近五個月都是選擇下午五點跑
但最近有了工作下班後沒時間跑也怕累到懶得跑
所以改成晨跑來試試今天是第一天!!
只是有個問題
那就是晨跑完再睡回籠覺好嗎?
我十點半上班 而五點起床晨跑 跑到六點半回家
洗完澡弄一弄差不多七點吧!!
今天是先不要睡試試看 但怕日後會想睡XD
還有如果真的要睡的話
我是不是就先跑完後不要吃早餐?等回籠覺起床後吃比較好呢?
另外我還想發問
各位排便很順暢嗎?有沒有吃完一餐就可以排便的=-="
個人很嚮往那種吃完一餐就能排便不用等到晚上或一天兩天...
吃什麼能有效幫助排便呢? 我自己認為優酪乳拉@ˇ@
或是大量的水感覺中餐過後比較有效 可是要工作不太想在工作時上大號XD
